Our community fund supports organisations and projects that align with all the elements of BA Better World including community engagement, diversity, wellbeing, waste reduction, tackling climate change, promoting nature and biodiversity and engaging our colleagues in positive action in the communities we serve.

We want to empower communities to become more sustainable and therefore will also support projects with innovative ideas that improve social mobility, provide opportunities for education and employability in disadvantaged communities.
