Aim
Raising Money for Mind, Really stepping out of my comfort zone. Terrified! My own mental health is a yoyo - this is very close to my heart.
I’m taking part in the Mind Over Fear challenge alongside British Airways colleagues to face my fear, raise awareness and support people experiencing mental health problems.
My personal target is £200, and British Airways will match my fundraising by up to £250—meaning my challenge could generate as much as £450 for this important cause.
