 New stretch target

Our long term vision is to secure Hot Fuzz 2 allowing us to host more young people and see the numbers attending our workshops to grow

We would also like to be more sustainable in our day to day operations with a greener approach to operating the charity. We could do this with a newer vessel which could have a new electric engine.

Teem Marine UK trustees are serving and retired Metropolitan Police officers who had a dream to help young people living in the Met area through training and experiences in marine environments.

The vision of our project is to bridge the gap between health, disability, financial hardship and social circumstance. Types of groups we support, children, youth groups. The types of groups sessions we run are essential to the wellbeing of the youth community. We work with marginalized groups from all different backgrounds who find it hard to access support. The funds will help us support these communities. We are supporting them with vital support and rest bite. Through this grant we will be able to target the youth groups within the London area expanding the support to other areas within the UK. Give our groups opportunities to progress by setting up a legacy program so we see some of those who have attended return as young adults to train and deliver the workshops.

We would use the funding for project delivery of 12 months of workshops.

Working with deprived groups to access skills based learning to help with health, well being, diversity and inclusion.

Upskilling training of new instructors who will conduct train the trainer sessions to grow our team.

Training to bolster the numbers of licensed rib boat drivers to manage Hot Fuzz. This will include a focus on female drivers to further add to the diversity of the charity along with a legacy program of returning youths once they reach adulthood to be workshop leaders.

Facilitate the introduction of extended stay courses to give rest bite for the youth groups from their often-difficult home environments. This would also link in with the local youth groups in the Solent area to build relationships and the sharing of activities to further add to the experience for multiple youth groups.

Investment in equipment to enable us to include more youth groups with disabilities
