Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People (QEF) is passionate about enabling disabled individuals to be as independent as possible. They provide a unique mix of expert services designed to support people to achieve their potential, whether that's regaining core skills lost through a stroke or acquired brain injury, increasing independent mobility or support to live enriched and fulfilled lives.

Every penny raised will go towards enabling QEF to expand their work, break down barriers and enable more disabled people to live and travel as independently as possible.

I'm incredibly excited to be running the London Marathon, this will be my 3rd marathon, but first on home soil, so I'm determined to make this my quickest yet! Any donation is really appreciated to get me through the training in the long, cold winter months! I am very grateful to be able to take part in 2025, and particularly to be able to run for QEF.

Any donation, no matter how big or small really does help improve lives and is very much appreciated.
