Our Inspire Programme aims to motivate the next generation of talent by giving them a taste of the world of work and the excitement of aviation industry. It’s an award-winning programme that’s a useful stepping-stone between education and starting a career.

We introduce young people to workplace etiquette, develop their soft skills and show them how we lead the way in challenging perceptions and breaking down stereotypes.

What is our purpose?

Our purpose is to immerse students in the unique world of aviation and inspire young people’s career aspirations to become a reality, closing the gap between education and the work place.

How can I get involved?

Become an Inspire volunteer!

We receive requests from schools and colleges from across the UK who are looking for British Airways colleagues to share their knowledge and experiences through Career Fairs, School Assemblies and Workshops, and proactively engage schools to showcase the world of aviation to students.
