BA High Flight is a pilot charity that challenges disadvantage through the medium of flight.

For every £12K we raise we can support and enable one person to achieve the goal of becoming a pilot. We also support disadvantaged kids with gliding sessions at Kent Gliding club and for £100 we can take a child or young adult and give them the experience of flight.
BA High Flight is a pilot charity that challenges disadvantage through the medium of flight. The charity gives access and opportunity to aviation for individuals whose situation or circumstance wouldn't otherwise allow it.
The charity was established +20yrs ago and through pilot donation and payroll giving has a successful history supporting various organisations including Flying Scholarships For Disabled People. This gives flying tutorage to disabled students and aims to challenge and inspire; building up confidence, self-esteem and future aspirations. It has proved to be incredibly successful and rewarding for the students, guiding and pushing them to accomplish life changing achievements.
BA Highflight is now looking ahead to the next 20 years. We will need your help to continue to challenge the perceptions and limitations of who can take to the skies. BA pilots haven’t just taught 40 disabled people to fly, they have given them back their independence, self belief and pride. Let’s do 40 more!
