We did this by collecting in unwanted sportswear and equipment and redistributing it to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Also by repurposing and extending the life of items helps the environment as many items are made from plastic.

We all know the benefits sport brings both mentally and physically. We have helped thousands of children of all abilities over the years with many noteable successes from representing the country, learning to swim to stopping them self harming and talking of suicide.

Over the years we have found a dramatic increase in young people with mental health issues due to bullying, abuse, personal circumstances, self esteem issues etc. We find sport to be very useful in helping them through this challenging dark time. One example being a young lad aged 5 years who was being badly beaten up by his dad and then was taking his frustrations and anger out on his class mates. The teachers were struggling to help so we put him into a boxing club where he is in an environment that is focussed structured and disciplined. The end result is he is now doing well at school and controlling his anger

Boxing clubs we have found to be very effective for those self harming, being abused, bullied and other mental health issues. It’s a place where they feel safe, meet other young people who have similar issues and can chat and share their problems without being judged.

As a charity we have widened our objectives due to learning about issues raised regarding mental health and are now raising awareness and supporting those young people that have been abused, stalked, groomed, trafficked, bullied, homeless etc

We can honestly say as a charity we have not only made a difference to so many lives but definitely saved many and will continue to do so.

Any help is really appreciated and thank you for your support   We are not the biggest charity but where we lack in size we make up in passion and effort.

Thank you
