'Our vision is a world where Dementia no longer devestates lives'
Hi my name is Sean and I work at British Airways as an Engineer working in Maintrol, a front line operational department that looks after our fleet of Aircraft when they are flying in the air or away from main base
I have been fortunate to be offered a place at the iconic Berlin Marathon on the 29th September 2024 by the Alzeimers Society and hope to raise funds for there fantastic efforts in raising awareness and helping people with dementia.
Please join me on my journey to complete the 26.2mile course and follow my 16-week training programme, regularly hitting 50+ miles per week throughout this summer. This is my last marathon before hitting 40 and I hope to grab a PB on this infamous flat course through the Brandenburg gate. Please follow me on Strava!
Please donate generously to this fantastic charity and I will do my best to represent this amazing and important cause.
Best Wishes and thank you
Sean
