Flying Start is the global charity partnership between British Airways and Comic Relief. Together, we want to help people in the UK and around the world to have the best possible start in life and the chance to have a brighter future. Since our partnership began in 2010, British Airways customers and colleagues have raised over £28 million, an incredible amount that we are immensely proud of! 

During my Business Professional Apprenticeship, I had the privilege of working in the Community Team for 4 months, learning all about this fantastic partnership and getting involved in all the amazing work that they do - my biggest highlights were attending the £28 million Thank You Event at the Battersea Power Station and helping to organise the upcoming fundraisers for throughout the year!

On the 26th July, I am going to be skydiving to raise money for Flying Start! Why did I agree to this... not entirely sure... but at least I can say I've done it! Plus, it beats telling people I've indoor skydived!
