Ignite Life aims to provide mental health support through professional counselling to disadvantaged young people and families.

We will continue to provide more counselling sessions to vulnerable young people and families.
We aim to provide mental health support through professional counselling to disadvantaged young people and families who can't access support from other local services due to social inequalities.
About us:
Ignite Life aims to help young people overcome adversity. We run three main services that aim to holistically tackle inequalities and promote the strengthening of communities by reducing disadvantage, supporting wellbeing and providing life changing experiences. We run a counselling service, a mentoring service and a food delivery service, all of which aim to promote, provide for and relieve needs.
The mental health crisis observed in young people has been exacerbated by Covid-19. We are working towards addressing the vast inequalities disadvantaged and/or marginalised young people face when accessing mental health support. We wish to support our community by plugging the gaps in mental health provision for those most disadvantaged; good mental health is vital for communities to connect.
